Fahy. Naruto . naruto / sasuke. so. two pairings I Do Not ship. Mainly two pairing i Dislike. That Should Give you an idea of how much i love these fics if i could get over the shipping fail. Fahy is one of the original MOST writers out there (& i do not mean just fiction). it's so exhilarating to real anything by this author - you get the feeling That she is doing with language Something New, Something That's Never Been seen before. use words the way she is ... i think you Have to read for yourself because i Can not Explain It adequatedly. the language just shines with Such intensity. okay, I'll shut up noweath and she runs out of excuses. That brennan i love in this fic is the active one (even going so far as to say "i love you") and booth is just waiting calmly. Said as the author and this fic has a lot of heart. More Than Normally michelle's fics have. Makes it the story Something very special. so yeah, if i had to keep just one fic to read over and over from 2009, It Would Be this one.

Brazilian Waxed Women Medical Campaign Day "D" Trujillo

From 12 to 22 September there was a medical campaign here in Trujillo, organized by the Municipality and with the collaboration of doctors and nurses from the United States Navy.

From University asked us to please please please do us a little time between the tangle TOO projects are charging us to go and play pro bono performers in the campaign. And bueh, I went.

And it was great.

today i Spent an obscene Amount of time looking for fanart Detective Conan (seeing as i have Already Gone Through all the interesting fanfic or so it Seems) and I Thought I'd make a post with my best Findings, for my own reference as much as my flist's Enjoyment-if Anyone Would Be Interested, That is-so take a look, if you like to stare at pretty art for hours to no end.




This one is my favorite, I Have To Admit. The art is so rich and wistful. The colors and the light and the dreamy quality. And the uber cute mini-Heiji. I do not know, I Could just stare all day at this site. There's a particular picture of Conan Heiji's drying wet hair That makes me go all "SQUE!" at the computer screen.


A whole lot of really adorable Shinichi/Ran fanart. I particularly love the one in snow clothes. The style is simple and clear and I love Shinichi's facial expressions. Also, tie kink, hello. Of the non-shippy pics I really love their Shinichi ones, with Shinichi just hanging around being hot, as Shinichi usually does. (there's even one cutey Takagi/Sato there, be still my heart)


This one is such a gorgeous site. I love their Ran most of all. Her hair! It's such a distinctive style and so beautiful. There are really amazing Shinichi/Ran pics in here but it's more character-driven, with a whole array of supporting cast that sometimes don't get enough fanart love. Plus there's a older!Haibara in uniform picture that ticks all my boxes.


You had me at Conan-in-Holmes-clothes, really. I am sort of in love with this site. The Conan-Kaitou pic is just the most heartwarming thing ever (BFF, y/y?) and there's this group imagine in which Takagi and Sato are being the cutest thing ever, as usual. And how about Haibara (& the rest of the Detective Boys) dressed in Kaitou Kid's clothes? How can anyone resist that?


When it comes to fanart (and doujinshi, actually) I tend to favour styles that are radically different to the original material, and this is a good example. It's nothing like Aoyama's art, but it's gorgeous and it's very engaging. Specially that pic of Kaht art. Their Sonoko is simply gorgeous. Well, Sonoko
is
gorgeous, period. There's some Hakuba in there so hey, I am sold. By the way, I am a bit baffled by the quantity of Mitsuhiko/Haibara fanart available in the internets but hey, whatever rocks the artist's boat.


There's pirate!Conan here so enough said, really XD Their Shinichi is really on the hot side of things. And there's quite a bit of Conan/Ayumi there which, okay, I'm not a fan of the pairing really but hey, that girl has to have some hope. The best thing about this site is that it features a couple of pics of OBSCURE GAY OTP, hee.


I was sold on this one when I saw the Conan/Sherlock Hound crossover pic cause hell yeah. And okay, I admit it, the idea of pirate!Shinichi is quite *brb fapping*-inducing. I rather like the pic of Heiji and Shinichi being awesome and kickass, karate-style.
This one has the cutest Hakuba. I'm quite happy with getting any Hakuba at all, but cute Hakuba? ♥ Lots of cute Heiji as well (with Keroro, lol) and Heiji/Kazuha, even if, admitedly, that's quite my cup of tea.

Mostly Kaitou/Shinichi fanart, which is a pairing that squicks me for no logical reason, but the drawing are so gorgeous that and floor and Shinichi is leaning on her and it's a, gdamhgfajhfgja. mmm, maybe i ship Shinichi / Haibara More Than I Knew.

15. THEY HAVE THE PRETTIEST UNIFORMS. A shallow reason? Maybe. But an important one. These guys spend 95% of their screentime in their uniforms so they'd better look good in them. And boy do they. After the neck-less disaster of Season One the costume design people came up with what no doubt are the prettiest uniforms in the history of the fleet (and I'm very partial to the classic ones as well). Let us behold how Patrick Stewart fThat suit ills, okay. And what about the gala uniforms? Guh. This picspam Be Serious, Obviously.

14. THE HUMOUR. You know, I'm Probably retarded But I've got Such a laugh out of Many episodes of this show. And that's Because the humor from the characters eat . Yes, There Has Been Some misses (Q-Pid
, I'm looking at you) but mostly the writers handle the humor in a very natural way. It's all full of warmth - like how funny people's reactions to Data plow, or the very Existence of Q, or the whole footage of "Rascals." These People Are delightful and thIder it one of the show's highlights (Not Just Because There Are Picard / Crusher TOUCHINGS OMG, But That Helps). What I meant is the Things That The Next Generation inherits from the original series. The sense of wonder, Mainly, the awe at the universe, the moral sense of responsability, the stress on the ties of friendship and community. It's so incredibly hopeful about the future - this story of Mankind Itself bettering all the time. The Next Generation Feels just Star Trek Undeniably, a true successor.

10. IT HAS THE BEST SERIES FINALE EVER. The Next Generation When It Was stepped out at the top of STIs game - How Many shows can say that? The last three seasons Had Been Consistently brilliant and INSTEAD OF ITS milking it way past expiration date it jump up with a bang. And-this is very important-with original cast intact for STI Almost the whole run (season two, why did you hurt me so?). But the icing of the cake is the finale. That shows the end Have Few live up to the top quality of Their shows but in this case one can comfortably say that \
HTMLXC 9. Q HAS IT AT HIS FINEST.

's Q is, for Wanting to Better pun true Q. I Admit I have an incredibly soft spot for Q, and it's not Because John de Lancie is hot as hell. It's Because He is obssessed with Picard and I approve of this big time. I know Q Can Be a bit of a douche But really, for an omnipotent Being, I shows clear affection for the people aboard the Enterprise. And I Gives Some Picard a hand at crucial points. Not just in "All Good Things" Particularly I'm grateful to him for "Tapestry." (OT but ... Can I take this as a chance to picspam Openly declare That I ship Q / Vash
quite a bit?) Also, Q is fucking funny and always a joy to see. And John de Lancie can act his ass off.

8. RIKER & TROI.
It's no secret that I have an almost retarded love for Riker. My affection for Troi is equally idiotic. And yes, I know Riker is somehow the fandom's joke but I think he is amazing (please, people to be rewatching \Any Other of the crew, a person with feelings, and all of them to to the last Would Die for Data Without a second thought to him Being an artificial life form. Picard and His Relationship with ... Do not get me started on That Because I Might Cry.

5. IT HAS MANY EPISODES THAT VALIDATE TELEVISION AS AN ART AND MAKE ME PROUD OF BEING A VIEWER - "The Drumhead," "Darmok," "Tapestry," THE INNER LIGHT, ETC.
So in the end, if We Are talking about pure quality of episodes I've Never Been really ashamed to Admit That The Next Generation is one of my favorite shows. (As an aside, never puts a foot wrong when it comes to dealing with ambiguous ethical questions. And I do mean ambiguous. This is not Merlin
, the issues these -very smart, very committed, very compassionate- people have to deal with are hard. No black-and-white scenarios here. Take an episode like \not be achieved by sacrificing individual liberties. Talk about the measure of a man . Actually, if I had children I would probably show them this series non-stop so they could pick up the ethics of it all.

3. THE GREATEST COCKBLOCKING IN THE HISTORY OF TELEVISION. If you look up the word \ng their relationship unfold (or not) is the closest thing to putting needles in your eyes. Of course, I totally love it. They alternate between COCK-TEASING (\n't put the blame on any or the other, both Picard and Crusher are great at sabotaging the relationship. I honestly believe that somewhere in the future they are together as a couple. I have
to believe that, I have to, or else I would slit my wrists. Idiots.

2. THE EPIC LOVE BETWEEN ALL THE CHARACTERS.


You know, the more tv I watch, the more books and comics and manga I read, the more I'm convinced that my favourite genre of all is

TEAM!LOVE , if that's a genre. That's why I love shows sucata and Picard-Riker, Mainly) I find two or three That Any of These characters Thrown Together, Into mortal peril whether or conversing in a room, always make me insanely happy. I adore the level of Respect Which They treat with Each Other - There's a lot of familiarity going on But They never forget to Be Respectful, and I Love That. And trust! Rather they'd die Badly Than think of one of the crew (like, with Data, in "Clues"). That's team-love, people.

1. JEAN-LUC PICARD / PATRICK STEWART. But if Star Trek has always been a team-show it is also true that the personality of the captain often sets the mood of the show. If so, then you can't get better than
The Next Generation . Not only is Picard one of my favourite characters ever - smart, cultured, idealistic, with the appearance of a cold, logical officer but who turns out to be extremely warm if you know how to read him, brave, ethical to a fault, curious, loyal to his men, with a healthy ego... well, you get it, I LOVE HIM. Things get better if you take into account that this is MOTHERFUCKING PATRICK STEWART. When is a show able to give you one of the best actors in the world on a weekly basis for seven years ? I don't know of any other show that does that. And you can say this is a silly sci-fi show but I don't think Patrick Stewart can complain about the chances it gave him for superb acting; you take episodes like \
