This is a wonderfully au Constructed based on the plot of the Korean film Old Boy (Which, if You Have not watched, go watch now, this moment), Which Itself Should Be a fic enough to include in this list. But I Love What the author does here with language, she constructs a dreamlike landscape with words, a beautifull worlds well-observed how it is, how well it captures the sense of looking back to teenage years, with the pain and the confusion. cordelia breaks my heart. and the supernatural one - well, dean / jo is the only thing i have ever shipped in this fandom and i would Give my arm for well-written fic about Them. so yeah,

my god, this fic with cathy really hit it off the ballpark. i mean, this is one of Those That justify fics the existence of a whole fandom. it also justifies the existence of that rare, underrated creature, \my brain for a good part of the 09. and this fic is ksjgsjadgjhdgahfgjas. i was so afraid of reading post-"alesha" That episode fic cause Destroyed my soul But this is just as Devastating and painful as the episode and i fucking love it. it's Everything I want in a james / alesha fic and more. otp forever, okay?

Fahy. Naruto . naruto / sasuke. so. two pairings I Do Not ship. Mainly two pairing i Dislike. That Should Give you an idea of how much i love these fics if i could get over the shipping fail. Fahy is one of the original MOST writers out there (& i do not mean just fiction). it's so exhilarating to real anything by this author - you get the feeling That she is doing with language Something New, Something That's Never Been seen before. use words the way she is ... i think you Have to read for yourself because i Can not Explain It adequatedly. the language just shines with Such intensity. okay, I'll shut up noweath and she runs out of excuses. That brennan i love in this fic is the active one (even going so far as to say "i love you") and booth is just waiting calmly. Said as the author and this fic has a lot of heart. More Than Normally michelle's fics have. Makes it the story Something very special. so yeah, if i had to keep just one fic to read over and over from 2009, It Would Be this one.
